dc.description.abstractWho are? How many? Where are? What are they doing? Based on these questions, this re search proposes to know the graduates, specifically, of the IFBA/Jacobina Integrated Tech nical Course in Mineration, graduated in 2016 and their academic and work itineraries, as well as to understand how the repercussion of the school curriculum contributed and has con tributed to the trajectory of these individuals. In this way, it aims to survey the impacts of technical education on the lives of students. In order to do so, the method used in this work was based on the analysis of documents and dissertations carried out on the subject in ques tion and the accomplishment of a field research involving students graduated from the Mining Course of the class of 2016. As instruments of collection, structured questionnaires with the purpose of identifying, locating and getting to know the new graduates, as well as seeking to know more about the current courses of these new technicians and, finally, to discuss the re sults obtained, which verified that the number of graduates working in the work is very small, mainly in the area of technical training, as well as the number of people attending higher edu cation.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoQuem são? Quantos são? Onde estão? O que estão fazendo? Baseado nestas perguntas, esta pesquisa propõe conhecer os egressos, especificamente, do Curso Técnico Integrado em Mi neração do IFBA/Jacobina, formados em 2016 e seus itinerários acadêmico e de trabalho, assim como buscar compreender de que maneira a repercussão do currículo escolar contribuiu e tem contribuído na trajetória desses indivíduos. Deste modo, objetiva-se fazer o levantamen to dos impactos provocados pelo ensino técnico nas vidas dos estudantes. Para tal, o método utilizado neste trabalho foi fundamentado na análise de documentos e dissertações realizadas sobre o tema em questão e a realização de uma pesquisa de campo envolvendo alunos egres sos do Curso de Mineração da turma de 2016. Foram usados, como instrumentos de coleta, questionários estruturados, com a finalidade de identificar, localizar e conhecer os recém formados, além de procurar saber mais sobre os atuais percursos desses novos técnicos e, por fim, discutir os resultados obtidos, que constatou que a quantidade de egressos atuando no mercado de trabalho é muito pequena, principalmente na área de formação técnica, assim co mo o número de pessoas cursando o ensino superior.pt_BR
